There is a fabric that exists that is beyond your wildest dreams.
Well, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but there really is a fabric that is the most buttery smooth, cuddly stuff you’ve ever felt. This stuff is what I use to make newborn diapers. But it’s uses go far beyond diapers and why should I limit what I do with it? It is called bamboo velour. Made from, you guessed it, bamboo. If you haven’t picked up on the latest craze in fabrics, bamboo is it. It is considered to be environmentally friendly, if you are in to that, because bamboo is a sustainable resource. Truthfully though, I just like it because it is AMAZING!
The picture doesn’t do it justice, because I am sure that although they have touch screen computers, they don’t allow you to touch what is actually on the screen. But just trust me on this, you will love it.
For all of you cloth diaper haters out there (and you cloth diaper lovers too!), here is a baby blanket that your baby, or your grandbaby, or your friend’s baby, or your friend’s grandbaby, or the neighbor’s cousin’s mail man’s baby (okay you get the point), will absolutely love to snuggle up with!
The bamboo velour is the main fabric and is the natural color pictured above. I will finish the edges with 2 inches of a satin color of your choice. So your baby gets velvety smooth and silky all in one blanket. I already have emerald green, lavender and baby blue satin, but if you would prefer something different, I will try to find it.
Bamboo velour baby blanket with satin trim: $35
Helping fund missions and an international adoption: priceless
